It was such an easy and straight forward purchase, particularly considering the current pandemic and the fact that the store is in Yorkshire and we live in Essex. After my husband had a lengthy conversation with a lovely lady called Julie we took delivery last weekend of two beautiful sofa's without even seeing them first. Upon delivery they were wrapped in clingfilm (just as well as it just started raining) when a very helpful delivery driver called Andrew and a young apprentice delivered the sofas. The sofa's were both as described over the telephone and we were more than pleased. All in all a very easy and satisfying transaction from start to finish.
